Because the founder used to be a successful franchisee himself, and after a time, realised franchising needs a complete overhall. So someone who needs total support can still have a HC franchise; Otherwise - COLLABORATION. Whereby each salon will be uniquely tailored to suit your individual needs, and all costs if any will be discussed and agreed. Its time to reignite the flame of ambition, with support and compassion rarely seen in the business world.
Mario Dellicompagni, the founder, has over 40 years of experience and has gained such credentials needed to successfully navigate all areas in the industry and beyond.
Personal, bespoke training has been designed with an inspirational training system, dedicated to transferable life skills, which If embraced will equip you to reach great heights.
